About this product

The VI-AGRO ZPS/5 seed treater is a robust, precision seed treatment machine built for arable farmers, seed merchants and processors who need reliable, even coating on cereals and legumes.

With a treatment capacity of 3–5 tonnes per hour, it uses a peristaltic dispenser for accurate liquid dosing at any output rate, paired with a polyurethane-lined auger that protects seed from cracking or damage during treatment.

The conical 50L tank empties fully for easy cleaning and product changeovers, while the powder-coated galvanised steel frame and mobile wheelbase (with braked swivel castors) make it easy to move and durable enough for daily use on farm or in a seed store.

The ZPS/5 seed treater is ALSO available in stainless steel and in 3tph and 10tph capacities.

Supplied with a Big Bag bagging attachment as standard and backed by a 5-year warranty.

Key features

Precise, consistent seed coating thanks to a peristaltic dispenser rated 0.1–3.3 L/min, suitable for a wide range of dressing products and application rates.

A unique auger with a polyurethane insert protects treated seed from mechanical damage, helping preserve germination quality and seed integrity through the treatment process.

The conical 50L treatment tank empties completely, making cleaning and switching between treatment products quick and straightforward. An auger cleaning window gives easy access for maintenance and wash-down.

Built on a powder-coated (galvanised base, oven-baked) steel frame with 40x40mm, 3mm-wall profile for long-term durability in demanding farm and store environments.

Mounted on four 125mm wheels (two fixed, two braked swivel castors, 100kg load capacity each) for easy repositioning around the yard or seed store.

Mixing system includes a 40L/min mixing pump, PP pipework and ball valves for thorough, even blending of treatment liquid.

Powered by a 1.5kW geared motor, wired with a 32A 5-pin 400V plug and 5m cable.

Supplied with a Big Bag bagging attachment (acid-resistant 20x20mm profile) and 4 carabiners with rubber supports for filling bulk bags directly.
