The FELIX F-940 Store It! is a rugged handheld gas analyser that measures ethylene (C2H4), carbon dioxide (CO2) and oxygen (O2). It helps you monitor ripening gases through storage, so you can catch problems early and keep produce in better condition for longer. It has an intuitive interface, so it's simple to use straight out of the box.

Best practice

  • Use tubing that doesn't outgas, which could interfere with readings. Viton and Teflon work well.
  • Do an offset calibration weekly, and span calibrations on a schedule (see Specifications).
  • For continuous measurement in a sealed environment, use the optional Dynamic Sampling Kit.
