The atLEAF STD chlorophyll meter is a handheld, easy to use device for non-invasively measuring the relative chlorophyll content of green leaf plants. Chlorophyll can be an indication of the plants condition and uptake of nutrients. The chlorophyll content is simply measured by placing the leaf into the aperture of the device. Green leaves of up to 0.1 (3mm) thick can be measured.
There are three models. The atLEAF STD chlorophyll meter is the basic model without USB or Bluetooth. The atLEAF PLUS has a USB connection but no Bluetooth connection. The atLEAF BLUE chlorophyll meter is the top of the range model with USB connection and Bluetooth.see www.atleaf.com

- Identify the four operation keys on the device: Power, View, Delete, and Calibrate.
Operating the Device
1. Powering On
- Press the Power button to turn on your atLEAF Chlorophyll Meter Standard. Wait for the welcome screen to display, indicating the device is ready for use.
2. Measuring Chlorophyll Content
- Carefully insert a clean, green leaf into the device’s aperture. Ensure the leaf is flat and fully within the measurement area.
- Press the Power button once to take a measurement. The device will display the chlorophyll content value on the screen.
Managing Data
1. Viewing Measurements
- To view stored measurements, press the View button. Each press will display the next measurement in memory, up to 64 measurements.
2. Deleting Measurements
- To delete the most recent measurement, press the Delete button once. Confirm the deletion if prompted.
- To delete all measurements from the device’s memory, press and hold the Delete button for 3 seconds. Confirm the deletion to clear all data.
Calibrating the Device
1. Calibration
- Calibration is essential for accurate measurements. To calibrate, ensure the device is on and no leaf is inserted.
- Press and hold the Calibrate button for 3 seconds. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the calibration process.
Maintenance and Care
- Keep the device clean and dry. Gently wipe the exterior with a soft, dry cloth when needed.
- Do not expose the meter to extreme temperatures or moisture.
